Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Duluth, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 01/31/2023 No start and end date yet. The Duluth Transit Authority hereby requests sealed bids from qualified vendors to remodel the administrative and maintenance offices at the DTA Operations Center located at 2402 West Michigan Street, Duluth, MN 55806. Scope of work includes demolition, plumbing upgrades, interior wall construction, new floor and wall finishes and associated mechanical revisions. All inquiries and other correspondence relating to this Request For Bids should be emailed or addressed to: Duluth Transit Authority Procurement Manager, 2402 West Michigan Street, Duluth, MN 55806, 218-623-4329, or nbrown@duluthtransit.com. The DTA affirmatively assures that equal opportunity will be offered to all persons without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, disability, or age, and encourages participation of small or disadvantaged business enterprises in DTA contracts. The DTA reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids in the best interest of the Authority. The DTA intends to choose the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder as early as January 25, 2023.
