THE VILLAGE OF CELORON INVITES SUBMISSION OF SEALED BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW MAINTENANCE BUILDING AS FOLLOWS: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION EACH BID MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A BID BOND OR CERTIFIED CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF THE AMOUNT OF THE BID, DULY EXECUTED BY THE BIDDER AS PRINCIPAL, AND HAVING AS SURETY THEREON A SURETY COMPANY APPROVED BY THE OWNER. PERFORMANCE BOND AND PAYMENT BOND EQUAL TO 100% OF THE CONTRACT SUM ARE REQUIRED TO BE DELIVERED AT TIME CONTRACT IS SIGNED WITH OWNER. NO BIDDER MAY WITHDRAW THEIR BID WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS OF THE DATE OF THE BID OPENING. THE VILLAGE OF CELORON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO WAIVE ANY INCONSISTENCIES AND TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS.
