Supply and install 344 linear feet of 6 tall vinyl, two rail, smooth (no woodgrain) privacy fencing, with matching vinyl posts. Install posts on appropriate centers to accept 8 length of fencing sections. Post are to be capped. The fence is not to have a gate. Install the fence along the South property line. Estimated completion date of April 1, 2023 is requested. Bid deposits, if required, may be attached electronically to the bid on the County Vendor Self Service site. A bid deposit must be delivered in the form of a bond that is sealed or stamped and made payable to St. Louis County Treasurer for the measure of liquidated damages that the County will sustain. Bond must be equal to 100% of the total amount payable by terms of the contract Bid submittals from certified MBE/WBEs will receive a 5% bid discount applied for the review of their bid. The discount applies to all bids of $300,000 or less If required, the successful Bidder must furnish a corporate surety bond, payable to St. Louis County Treasurer, to insure the faithful performance under the contract. All or part of this bond will be forfeited to the County if the terms of the contract are not met by the successful Bidder. The County reserves the right to reject all bids and to cancel this bid.
