Renovation of a mixed-use development in Norwich, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upon request after the bid opening, the Bidder shall submit a fully executed AIA A305 Contractors Qualification Statement to be qualified as the lowest responsible bidder. At the time the order is placed, plan holder shall advise Plan and Print Systems of status as to prime bidder, subcontractor, or material supplier and to trade affiliation. Postal address, telephone number, and fax number will also be required. An e-mail address is requested/preferred but not required. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Sections 011200 Multiple Contract Summary, and 011300 Construction Milestone Schedule with associated attachments. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification of the Contract Documents (RFIs) must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement.
