For the purchase of various pipe fittings, piping, and fire hydrants to be used by the Water and Sewer Department of the Town of Niskayuna All bids shall bear on the face thereof, the name and address of the bidder and the appropriate title: HDPE WATER DISTRIBUTION PIPE, DUCTILE IRON WATER DISTRIBUTION PIPE, FIRE HYDRANTS, RESILIENT WEDGE WATER VALVES, CORPORATION STOPS, CURB STOPS, CURB BOXES, MANHOLE RISER RINGS, MANHOLE FRAMES AND COVERS, WATER METERS, AND AUTOMATIC FLUSHING DEVICES The Town Board of the Town of Niskayuna reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids. Every bid or proposal must contain a Non-Collusion Bidding Certificate executed by the bidder or his authorized representative. The form is available with the specifications, at the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Niskayuna. No bidder may withdraw his or her bid within thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or any authorized postponement thereof.
