AP is the Construction Manager at Risk for the new McCallum High School stand-alone 54,000 SF , 3-story Science Lab and renovations to current structure. We would like to invite your company to provide pricing on this opportunity. The project is anticipated to kick-off in May 2025. We expect to award subcontracts based on this round of pricing. Your participation in this round will be instrumental in establishing the GMP. Project will include entry vestibule, safety improvements, HVAC/plumbing/mechanical improvements, roof repairs/replacement, sports field upgrades, display systems, and equipment.
