The CITY OF TRACY seeks a Proposer(s) to provide design services for the construction of the recycled water system expansion facilities associated with the award of the Urban and Multibenefit Drought Relief Grant (Grant) by the Department of Water Resources. The CITY reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or waive any irregularities in any proposal or the proposal process.
