Construction Management Services for Transit Security and Operations Center (TSOC) The Project site is approximately 3 acres and is located at 1512-20 West Lincoln Avenue, the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Manchester Avenue in the City of Anaheim, adjacent to Interstate 5 (I-5)/Lincoln Avenue Question Submittal Date: November 29, 2022 All questions, including questions that could not be specifically answered at the pre-proposal conference must be put in writing and received via e-mail at mle1@octa.net no later than 5:00 p.m., on November 29, 2022. Responses from the Authority will be posted no later than December 6, 2022. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or any item or part thereof, or to waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals. The Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority or OCTA) is proposing to construct a new Transit Security and Operations Center (TSOC), hereinafter referred as the Project. The proposed TSOC is planned to include a two-story facility that is approximately 30,000 square feet, a roof-mounted microwave tower, renewable electricity generating system, electric vehicle charging stations, and dedicated parking for employees, patrol vehicles, and visitors. The design for TSOC complies with the Essential Services Buildings Seismic Safety Act (ESBSSA). The Project site is approximately 3 acres and is located at 1512-20 West Lincoln Avenue, the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Manchester Avenue in the City of Anaheim, adjacent to Interstate 5 (I-5)/Lincoln Avenue. OCTA is seeking proposals from construction management consulting firms to provide construction management services for the Project. The selected firm (CONSULTANT) shall have expertise and experience in construction management of all aspects of similar transit security and operations facilities. CONSULTANT shall be familiar and experienced with all requirements of projects funded by Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grant fund, state of California grant funds, and other local transportation funds.
