2023 Biosolids Removal The City of Everett owns a Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) located near Everett, WA and is seeking a Contractor to dredge and dewater 2,000 dry tons of biosolids from the City's Recirculation Channel at the WPCF. The Water Pollution Control Facility is located at 4027 4th Street Southeast, Everett WA. Contractor is expected to conduct their operations and manage the dewatered biosolids on the City's Biosolids Pad. This online plan room provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-off tool. It is recommended that Bidders "Register" in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the "Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project. All bids must be made upon the City forms provided for this purpose and must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. One hundred (100) percent payment and performance Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder to guarantee faithful performance of the contract. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City. The right is reserved by the City to postpone the award for a period of 45 days after bid opening. The Contractor will be required to comply with all local, State, and Federal laws and regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunities.
