White Mountain Apache Tribe is soliciting proposals for the construction of a 5,000 square feet metal shell building assembled on a post tension slab for the Public Works Department located in Whiteriver, AZ. The Tribe is soliciting for Construction Services for the development of site work, site utilities and building assembly for this project. Deadline for Questions October 18, 2024 Commencement of Work November 18, 2024 The project consists of constructing a new 5,000 square foot Metal Building Shell on a concrete slab. This new structure will include the following: o 2 Pass through Bays for equipment maintenance with 18 ft X 18 ft garage doors. o 1- Open ended Bays for the Wood Shop 14 ft X 14 ft garage doors. o New 5,000 sq. ft. 6" 3000 lb. concrete with 5/8" rebar 2 ft on center building slab with exterior aprons at bay doors. o Utility stub ups in targeted areas. Provide complete 5000 sq. ft. (50'x100') gabled style roof - PEMB with insulation, gutters, downspouts. o Building to also include installation of: (4) 18'x18' manual chain driven roll up doors, (1) 14'x14' manual chain driven roll up door, (3) 3'0" x 7'0" man doors with lockable hardware, (6) 4'x4' sliding glass windows with 3/8" expanded metal security screens, (2) 3'x3' louvers. Provide building foundation in accordance with the GeoTech report provided by Speedie & Associates, dated February 2, 2024. o Provide 6' concrete aprons at each roll up door. o Provide utility stub ups in building and stubbed 5' outside. Utilities include: 1" water connection, 4" sewer connection, 3/4" propane connection, 2" data connection. Electrical will be overhead to a meter/sub panel for future use.
