The complete demolition of the existing Apache Enterprise Tire Shop structure and associated concrete parking lot. The contractor shall locate and cap all utilities at their source. Contact the White Mountain Apache Utilities Department for permits, inspections, and procedures. Also, contact Arizona Blue Staking for the location of all associated utilities within and adjacent of the established property lines. The contractor is responsible for providing Safety PP&E for all employees per OSHA and WMAT Safety requirements. Proper security of the area, and safety notices, and signage shall be posted in the immediate area of construction. The contractor shall provide a traffic plan for entering and exiting the project location. The contractor will be responsible for all equipment needed to transport and disposal of all demolition debris. All required Waste Disposal Permits will be obtained by the contractor. The contractor to be responsible for providing power generators and water other equipment for all demolition activities. The contractor will be responsible for contacting the WMAT Utilities Department for clearance of utilities before demolition begins. Contractor to submit a complete quote on the work requested.
