Harmony Public Schools ("HPS") is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide construction services for a construction project at "Harmony School of Science - San Antonio - Phase II". The project scope of work includes a ground up construction of a 90,168 square foot Middle/High School facility including parking lot, athletic field, kitchen, and landscaping. Construction scope consists of but is not limited to concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, and other related work as specified in the project documents (#HPS2023_HSS San Antonio Phase 2 GU). A worker, laborer, or mechanic employed on a public work by or on behalf of HPS shall be paid: (1) not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which the work is performed; and (2) not less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for legal holiday and overtime work.
