The City of Gatlinburg is accepting bids on the Reroofing of the Gatlinburg Golf Course Clubhouse and the Main Maintenance Building at 520 Dollywood Lane, Pigeon Forge, TN. Technical and specification questions should be referred to Matthew Poff, Gatlinburg Golf Course, Dollywood Lane, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee 37863, Telephone Number (865) 453- 391. General a. Scope of work (SOW) shall be considered turn-key with the Bidder understanding there will be no assistance from the City of Gatlinburg unless explicitly identified in these bid documents. b. SOW shall include all means and methods required for a complete installation by the Bidder to complete the work in the timeframe identified in the bid documents Mandatory Site Visit a.
