For Holcomb Avenue Water Main Replacement. Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the replacement of approximately 1,000 feet of 6" diameter water main at multiple locations along Holcomb Avenue, including fittings, main and service tie overs, trenching and backfill, and appurtenances. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 12/2/2022 05:00:00 PM (ET) A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
