PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT: Yes LICENSE REQUIRED: C-27 BID QUESTIONS DUE DATE: November 28, 2022 on or before 11:00pm Contractor to inspect project site and inspect existing conditions/utilities. 2. Scheduling of work to be coordinated with college for non-interruption during office hours, c/o Project Management Team (PMT). 3. Provide all necessary tools and equipment to complete work within time frame stated in contract. 4. Contractor to inform Owner one (1) week before work is completed to schedule testing and inspection. Contractor to guarantee workmanship one (1) year. 5. Work areas shall be cleaned /cleared on a daily basis. All construction debris to be removed from site upon completion of work by contractor. 6. All processing of Contract Documents including but not limited to Submittals, Pay Applications, Change Orders and directives shall be processed through Districts Constructions Management Software (eBuilder).
