Site work and paving for a civil project in Thatcher, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Town of Thatcher, Arizona will receive sealed bids on a general contract for the Street Preservation Project Description of Work: The project is located in the Town of Thatcher in Graham County, Arizona. The project includes milling, and placement of approximately 1,750 tons of asphalt on local streets. A chip seal will be applied to approximately 41,800 square yards of existing local streets and a fog seal will be applied to approximately 32,400 square yards of local streets. Existing valves, manholes & survey monuments in the paving areas will be adjusted to final grade. Roads will be striped following pavement preservation applications. The Town of Thatcher reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder. Notice to Proceed 1/1/23 - - Final Completion Deadline 3/31/23 Per Tom Palmer, Although stated in the bid package, no specific form is required for the bid bond. Any form provided by your bonding company will suffice.
