It Is the intent of Mount Royal University (hereafter referred to as MRU) to provide the university with Janitorial and Support Services to a standard acceptable to its students, facility management, faculty and staff. These services must be provided and maintained at a high standard. The University will review the Submissions in accordance with the terms set out in this Solicitation. The University will evaluate the Proponents on their capacity and experience delivering environmental services of similar scope and size to MRU. It is Mount Royal University's intent to prequalify four (4) to six (6) firms based on the criteria set out within this document. This RFPQ, does not guarantee receipt of work, nor incur any obligation from Mount Royal to do business with the respondent. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
