AAll terms, conditions, specifications agreed upon during the RFP process remain in effect for this project Deadline for bidders to submit questions about this RFP 3:00 p.m. Eastern 23/11/22 Anticipated date the State will post answers 30/11/22 f brush and trees, deenergizing electrical hookups, evacuating and steam cleaning tanks and vessels of liquid and sludge. Removing inactive flowlines, electric lines, drums, buildings, secondary containments, fencing and debris. Prepare all scrap steel for recycling and sale. Grade site to original contours for final mulching and seeding.
