Site work and paving for a road / highway in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Department's objectives for this contract, TEDS3, TRN1, Concentration-Transportation-Roadway, include the following: the planning, scheduling, organizing, and controlling of resources to achieve specific objectives within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The selected Applicant would be responsible for advancing various projects and services in all four groups, GROUP 1 (STRUCTURES - PRESERVATION), GROUP 2 (STRUCTURES - REHABILITATION/RECONSTRUCTION), GROUP 3 (TRANSPORTATION - ROADWAY) and GROUP 4 (TRANSPORTATION - TRAFFIC), as described in Project and Service Overview, Section I of this RFP from inception through bid award to the completion and closeout of all construction activity. This will be accomplished through the management and coordination of all aspects of each project and service with the DOS and its design and construction consultants, regulatory and resource agencies, utilities, railroads, private stakeholders, residents, the media, and the public. The Applicant chosen must be able to react quickly to short-term deadlines that may arise during the projects. The City reserves the right to add, delete or modify information pertaining to this Notice of Contract Opportunity at any time during the period the Contract Opportunity remains open. Applicants awarded a contract with the City of Philadelphia must comply with the continuing disclosure requirements of Code Section 17-1402 (1) (e) concerning such contributions made during and after the term of the contract.
