**As of February 3 ,2023, project was awarded to CCS Presentation Systems but awarded amount is not available.** Audio Visual System Purchase and Install Question Deadline 11/22/2022 at 5:00 PM PT All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted using the Bid Q&A feature in NevadaEPro Provide and install a complete Audio-Visual system for the Department and its presenters, including zoned audio distribution throughout the room and source content cast to multiple displays. (15) discreet 24" displays are to be mounted at each board member's station on the dais platform, (1) display located at lectern table, and (1) display located at both plaintiff and defendant desks (displays capable of touch annotation during presentation). (12) Gooseneck microphones will be located at each dais station, the lecture table, plaintiff and defendant desks. (24) Speakers will provide zoned audio coverage of entire the entire Board/Commission and Audience space. An Audio-Visual master control will be available via touch panel and iPad
