As of August 7, 2024, this project has been completed. The Town is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide complete architectural, structural and site engineering services for an addition and improvements to the Town Municipal Building located at 750 Old Town Hall Rd, Eau Claire, WI. The project will include the addition of approximately 1400 sq. ft. to the meeting room, roofing over the office and meeting room area, and reconfiguring the parking lot and sidewalk approaches to the building. A/E service bids shall include a project summary and a lump sum fee for site improvement plans, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings, specifications for work, County and State site plan approvals and compliance documents, bidding documents for soliciting bids, review of submittals, and construction and completion inspections.
