Reference Number : 1661870 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-11-28 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 12 The mandate is to provide lighting fixtures (projectors) and accessories for the replacement of lighting equipment at the Bastion des Ursulines no later than May 31, 2023. The installation of lighting fixtures does not not part of this mandate. Bidders must bid with the prescribed models or propose equivalent models which must meet the requirements of the technical specifications. Requests for equivalence must be made within the deadlines prescribed in the tender documents for the purposes of analysis and approval by the Commission. A lighting test may be carried out by the Commission. The costs of the samples provided for carrying out the tests must be borne by the Bidder. Timeline Deadline for the equivalence request: November 28, 2022 Date of submission of tenders: December 8, 2022 Deadline for delivery of lighting fixtures: May 31, 2023 The installation of lighting fixtures is not part of this mandate. A delay for the installation of lighting fixtures by a contractor is to be expected.
