Renovation of a mixed-use development in Longview, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,000-square-foot educational facility.
The Project consists of building repair work due to fire damage including, but not limited to, new glue-laminated beams, exterior siding, sectional doors, exterior doors and windows, and an area of membrane roofing replacement. The work area is limited to approximately 2,000 s.f. comprising of Bays 1, 2 and 3 attached to the concrete vehicle maintenance building.
