Project Description and Information: This invitation is for abatement work for Alumni Coliseum as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete abatement including all items as indicated throughout the attached event specifications. Please complete and upload the two (2) Submittal Forms found under the "Buyer Attachments" section of this solicitation event. Upload them under the "Supplier Attachments" section. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
