Site work for a water / sewer project in Akron, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of separating a combined sewer system by construction of a new storm sewer system and re-purposing the existing combined sewer to convey separate sanitary flow. The project area is approximately 82 acres in the North Hill neighborhood. The project consists of 10,102 lineal feet of storm sewer ranging in size from 12-inch to 42-inch, 58 manholes, and 77 new catch basins. The work also includes replacement of lead service water lines, curb to curb pavement restoration, and rehabilitation of the existing sewers. Questions Due Date: Nov 29th 2022, 11:00 AM EST Liquidated Damages in the amount of $2,000.00 for each calendar day The Contractor shall be aware of the conditions at each site. This shall include but not be limited to trees, shrubbery, wetlands, landscaping, structures, fences, mail boxes, driveways, curbs, sidewalks, pavements, etc. The Contractor shall videotape all ROE areas prior to use. All preconstruction conditions shall be fully restored as close to its original condition as practicable
