The abatement project will involve 7 Phases for the removal and disposal of approximately: Phase A: o 928 square feet of floor tile and mastic o No sheetrock removal Phase B o 1,008 square feet of floor tile and mastic o 1,780 square feet of sheetrock with taping compound, Phase C o 632 square feet of floor tile and mastic o 1,1 40 square feet of sheetrock with taping compound, Phase E o 778 square feet of floor tile and mastic o No sheetrock removal, Phase F o 224 square feet of floor tile and mastic o No sheetrock removal, Phase G o 224 square feet of floor tile and mastic o 860 square feet of sheetrock with taping compound, Phase H o 256 square feet of floor tile and mastic o 1,600 square feet of sheetrock with taping compound The work for each phase may not be performed in the sequence listed above. The project is scheduled to start on or about December 26, 2022. Each Bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the Bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety Company authorized to do business in this State, conditioned that if the Principal's Bid be accepted and the Contract awarded to the Principal, the Principal, within ten days after notice of award, will execute and effect a Contract in accordance with the terms of the Principal's Bid and a Contractor's Bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the governing board. Also, include in the Bidders Bond envelope a copy of the Abatement Contractor's current North Dakota General Contractor's License and North Dakota Asbestos Abatement Contractor's License. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to accept or reject any or all Bids, or parts thereof. All Bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their Bids, as provided by Section 43-07-05 and as also prescribed by Section 43-09-09. No Bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the above provisions and any deficient Bid submitted will be released and returned to the Bidder immediately. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 45 days after the actual opening of the Bids.
