**As October 3 ,2023 the project has not been awarded and a timeline for the award is not yet established.** The Project consists of the construction of a new 21,000 square foot, 60 bed, Special Needs Housing Unit for the County of Mendocino Sheriffs Department, including utilities, site development and a connecting walkway. The following Prime Contractors successfully prequalified through a public prequalification process. Prime contractor bids for this project will only be accepted from the General Building Contractors listed
