Solid waste / te&o renovation is a capital improvement project consists of a partial renovation of the occupied building which includes an interior locker room refresh as well as the addition of a utility closet to the main building. The site is located at the arlington county trade center and all other facilities will be active during construction. This solicitation and the resulting contract are subject to Prevailing Wage provisions covered under Article 4-104 of the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution. All employees of any contractor or any subcontractor working on the contract shall be paid wages, salaries, benefits, and other remuneration at or above the craft or trade category prevailing wage rate indicated by Virginia Commissioner of Labor and Industry (DOLI) and as listed in the contract The County will award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The lowest bidder will be determined by the bidder who provides the lowest Project Total on Attachment A Pricing Sheet Arlington County is not responsible for late submissions, missed Addendums, or questions not submitted before the end date and time.
