The MTA Rides to Wellness Campus (R2W) houses vehicles used for the Ride to Wellness program. MTA is soliciting proposals to remove and replace the roof on Building #2 located within the R2W Campus located at 1717 S. Dort Highway. The MTA will receive sealed Proposals either electronically at the MTA Administration facility located at 1401 S. Dort Highway General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Onsite Maintenance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Safety Standards Plan - Warranty Information Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % MTA will only disperse funds for reimbursable expenses. MTA will not make any payments to the Contractor without evidence of completed deliverables. Project payments will be limited to no more than five payments for the installation, and construction phase of the project. MTA is expecting competitive cost proposals and will evaluate and weight scores based in part on competitive pricing. The budget for removal and installation of the roof should be inclusive of all costs associated with utility upgrades, equipment and warranties, general contracting to complete all civil work and site preparation, installation of equipment, and commissioning.
