Maricopa County extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed Statements of Qualifications electronically through an outside e-procurement platform, Periscope S2G, to provide Term Architectural Services and construction administration services as described herein. Services to be performed will be located in general government, judicial, and detention facilities throughout Maricopa County. These projects will generally consist of small to medium sized tenant improvements as well as work related to building and building system maintenance and improvements. Services to be performed may include but are not limited to: o Space planningo Conceptual and budget studieso Code reviews and interpretationso Schematic design phase serviceso Design development phase serviceso Construction document phase serviceso Bid phase assistanceo Construction administration serviceso Permitting assistanceo Other services as required.
