As of Jan 3 the project was awarded to Good-WILL Mechanical for $124,779.42. Cleveland Public Schools is soliciting sealed bids to install a new Carrier 30RBX0906 Air Cooled Chiller for the Cleveland Event Center. SCOPE OF WORK: o Provide and install a new Carrier 30RBX0906 Air Cooled Chiller in the Cleveland Event Center with the following specifications: o Single point power 460/3/60 o Freeze protection - cooler heater o Standard economizer o Suction line insulation o LEI BACnet o Hail Guards o Close off existing chiller butterfly values o Drain existing chiller o Disconnect electrical and controls from existing chiller o Remove existing chiller from pad o Set new chiller on existing pad o Connect new chiller to existing piping o Open existing butterfly valves and flood chiller o Connect existing electrical to new chiller o Connect existing controls to new chiller o Perform commissioning and startup of new chiller o Crane services o Fees and permits Any bid submitted will be required to provide the following: a. Include 5% of the Total Amount Bid Bond b. Certificate of Liability Insurance c. W-9 d. State of Oklahoma Mechanical Contractors License e. EPA certification f. Non-Collusion Affidavit g.
