Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Assawompset Elementary School Window and Door Replacement Project Sub Bid Deadline 12/8/22 Time 3:00 P.M. Sub Bid Category Electrical - Waterproofing/Caulking - HVAC The project scope generally includes removal and replacement of existing exterior windows and doors with new insulated windows and doors at all existing exterior openings. The work under the Contract consists of the Windows and Doors Replacement at the Assawompset Elementary School, 232 Main Street, Lakeville, Massachusetts, including but not limited to: a. The complete removal and replacement of all existing exterior windows and doors, associated hardware, hazardous material abatement where indicated, and complete replacement with new insulated windows and doors as described and illustrated in the construction documents. b. Interior window treatments and stools c. Temporary removal and reinstallation of mechanical units and exhausts. d. Window lintel replacement and associated masonry work e. Electrical work at new door contacts and security access locations f. Interior patch and finish work at openings B. In addition, the work under the contract includes: 1. All work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work, including restoration to its original condition of any work damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 2. Providing and removing where appropriate all temporary facilities. C. The Contractor shall obtain permits from the Town of Lakeville for all work included. The fee for any Town of Lakeville Permits is waived for this project.
