Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in McEwen, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and for the construction of a bridge / tunnel.
The work for which bids are to be submitted consists of furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work necessary for the repair of one bridge. This project consists of the replacement of one (1) bridge damaged by scour in August 2021. The bridge included in this single letting contract is: (1) Bold Spring Road over Hurricane Creek which consists of one (1) 320-0 three span, two lane, concrete bulb-tee beam, 26-4 out-to-out, 60 skew in Humphreys County. Bold Springs Road over Hurricane Creek Bridge Replacement - The project includes the replacement of the existing 9-span T-beam with asphalt overlay bridge. The work associated with this project is functionally dependent on being located within the floodplain. All bidders must be licensed general contractors to perform the type of construction herein described. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
