Renovation of a mixed-use development in Round Rock, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade office development; playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.

The scope of the project includes replacement of the existing concrete swimming pool deck, underground recirculation piping and pool plaster coat. The project also includes the renovation of select existing single story restrooms, office and mechanical space. The project includes installation of a new roof, windows, and wall infill including all related finishes, plumbing, and electrical fixtures as well as repainting of exterior surfaces. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis with Alternate Bid Items as indicated in the Bid Form The Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District, Williamson County, Texas, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award and eliminate a portion of the work or add additional work as required to keep the total contract amount with the funds budgeted; to award any part or combination of parts of the project it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the Stat of Texas. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract.
