Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

**As of February 2, 2023, project was awarded to Scarsella Bros., Inc, awarded amount is $25,457,631.05.** Project Number- W3Y01803, N04446 The 2023 Airfield Projects Contract 2 consists of fivework projects starting with thePerimeter Intrusion DetectionSystem (PIDS) Infrastructureproject which will install power and communication infrastructure for the PIDS technologyproject components consisting ofLidar Radar and Cameras. the Snow Storage Expansion project expands both the north and south snow storage laydown areas available for stockpiling and managing snow on the airfield during winter storm events, as well as widening of the perimeter roadway for safe transit of snow removal equipment. The Secured Area Vehicle Checkpoint project will add vehicle gate arms and security screening equipment at the north and south, ends ofthe terminalsecured area. There will also be an extension of a mid-airfield power ductbank and lastly the installation of over height vehicle warning bars on the north end perimeter roadto protect the Runway 16R FAA approach lighting system. This contract has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA). The Engineers estimate range for this project is $15 - $30 million The WMBE utilization goal is 14.0% for this contract.
