Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Lyford, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,300-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the renovation of a 2,000-square-foot educational facility.
All proposals must be on a lump sum basis including General Contract, Electrical and Mechanical work. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or acceptable bidder's bond, payable to Lyford C.I.S.D., in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the proposed project amount. Performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract value will be required upon issuance of contract.
