Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Suwanee, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a restaurant; for site work for a restaurant; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Work required under the Contract is for the buildout of a restaurant-shell and generally includes structural work, framing and woodwork (doors and windows), site work (grading, drainage, sidewalk installation, curb and gutters, landscaping, and sewer connection), electrical work, masonry and concrete work (slabs and installation of an elevator shaft), HVAC installation, irrigation system installation, roofing work, and painting at Historic Pierces Corner at 597 Main Street, Suwanee, Ga 30024. SOQs and Bids in the case of Corporations not chartered in Georgia must be accompanied by proper certification stating that said Corporation is authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. As of September 21 2023, this project is under construction and a general contractor has been selected. The City of Suwanee and the Suwanee Downtown Development Authority (DDA) are soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and competitive sealed Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified firm(s) for Restaurant Shell Buildout of Historic Pierces Corner A 5% bid bond is required as part of the bid submittal.
