Renovation of a municipal facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replace the existing access control system control panel on the 5th floor. A new 16-port access control panel will replace the existing iSTAR Pro controller inside of IT server Room on the 5th floor. The existing power supply for the controller will be replaced. The lock power supply will remain in place. The network drop will remain in place for the new controller. This quote must include replacing the existing batteries as they are past their expected operational date. The work as outlined in this project must be "off hours" with work starting in the late afternoon to minimize impact to security as the readers will not be operating when the controller is being replaced. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
