Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of December 8, 2022. This project has been awarded to SI Mechanical LLC with the amount of$36,193.24 The Texas Department of Banking has an emergency need for a vendor to provide and install heat exchangers on six (6) Carrier roof top units (RTUs). Deadline for Submission of Written Questions 11/22/2022 at 5 p.m. (CT) Posting of Answers 11/23/2022 Services and Parts Needed: 1. Provide and install replacement OEM Heat Exchangers to six (6) Carrier RTUs (three (3) 8-Ton, one (1) 6-Ton, and two (2) 5-Ton; 2. Provide and install OEM inducer motor, ignitor assembly, flame sensor, 4mfd 370/440 capacitor to two (2) units; 3. Provide all parts, including materials needed that are not listed above, and labor required to return RTUs to safe operation.
