Siding parks barn 28 Lincoln Ave The work to be done will consist of removal of existing siding and replacement of siding, including an option to replace six (6) windows and one (1) walk through door at the direction of the Director of Public Works or Designee. The work shall include furnishing and deployment of labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete all aspects of the work in accordance with local, state and federal regulations in force at the time of this contract, and in accordance with the various items specified herein. A. Removal of all layers of vinyl siding and insulation to wood siding on entire parks barn for disposal.
B. Furnish and install new 3/8" fanfold insulation board
C. Furnish and install new custom bent smooth metal wrap (.027" min thickness) on all windows, doors, fascia where required. Color White
D. Furnish and install new vinyl soffit on all overhangs, vented soffit as required and solid where venting is not required. Color White
E. Furnish and install new vinyl siding system manufactured by Kaycan, Timberlake clapboard style, D4 Marquis size and profile. Color White
F. Furnish and install J channel, H Channel, F Channel, Inside and Outside Corners, Starters strips, Split blocks, J blocks, and any other needed trims or accessories. Color White
G. Furnish and use Geocel sealant #2300 clear where required Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate
Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Project value $32,000.00 The successful bidder shall comply with all prevailing wage laws as established under provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 149, Sections 26-27G inclusive.
