Roofing parks barn 28 Lincoln Ave Project value $32,000.00 The successful bidder shall comply with all prevailing wage laws as established under provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 149, Sections 26-27G inclusive. The Town of South Hadley is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer; bids will be approved by the Affirmative Action Officer to ensure compliance with the Town's Affirmative Action Plan. Minority and WomenOwned Businesses are encouraged to apply. Bids are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B as amended, the Uniform Procurement Act. Bids signed with the name and address of the bidder should be submitted in sealed envelopes that are plainly marked in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope "BID FOR SPECIFIED ROOF REPLACEMENT SERVICES PARKS BARN." The Town of South Hadley, Massachusetts, acting through its Select board, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive minor errors or omissions if it is in the best interest of the Town do so. No bidder may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Town of South Hadley reserves sixty (60) days to award the bid.
