The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids for all labor, material, and equipment necessary to replace the roof at Lakemont Elementary School, 51 Gibbons Avenue, Petersburg, VA 23803. Questions which may arise as a result of this solicitation may be addressed to Tamika Freeland, by email to @tafreeland@petersburg.k12.va.us tafreeland@petersburg.k12.va.us Inquiries must be received at least seven (7) business days prior to the due date in order to be considered. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other School board representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder from this transaction.
