For Science Lab Alterations Phase 3 at Middlesex County Magnet Schools (MCMS) Piscataway Campus located at 21 Suttons Lane Piscataway, Middlesex County, NJ 08854 The Owner and Architect have determined that only DPMC Trade Classifications listed below are deemed eligible to bid this project: C009 General Construction / Additions and Alterations Additional site visits are by appointment Mondays through Thursdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm only, and must be arranged in advance through the Buildings and Grounds Department; contact information is included in the Summary section of the Bid Documents. The Work consists of upgrades and alterations of two science labs and a shared prep room totaling 2,800sf. Work includes connection to existing utilities and HVAC system, new exhaust systems, and new partitions and finishes. The Owner has contracted separately to procure and install the science casework. The GC is responsible for connecting utilities to the casework.
