Site work and paving for a civil project in Clarkston, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of: Construction of street storm drain systems in identified areas (including catch basins, storm piping, drywells, infiltration swales, and seepage trenches), asphalt repair and other improvements as specified. Bids must be completed on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the BID PROPOSAL, and the total as defined in the Special Provisions will be used for the purpose of comparison of bids for the Urban Retrofit Project. Award of the construction contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Site Directions: 10 locations in Asotin County from Poplar St to Libby St (North/South) and 13th St to 16th St (East-West) 219054 Request for Clarification: Prospective Bidders shall make all requests for clarifications related to the project to the County in writing no later than December 8th, 2022. No verbal clarifications will be made.
