LUMP SUM BASE BID ONE - Single Ply Roof System Replacement, Roof Areas A thru I (Approximately 44,875 +/- square feet): Bidder agrees to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and to install a new single ply roof system with new insulation and new fully adhered 60 Mil EPDM single ply membrane roofing including, but not limited to, the following items: Roof Area Sq. Ft.
