The First Tennessee Development District (FTDD) and the First Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability (FTAAAD) are accepting sealed bids from vendors to provide minor home modifications in our 8-county District that include Carter, Greene, Sullivan, Johnson, Unicoi, Hancock, Hawkins, and Washington. The home modifications include, but not limited to, handicap ramps, stairs, and bathroom modifications. The FTAAAD is seeking responses to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of providing minor home modifications that include, but not limited to, handicap ramps, stairs, and bathroom modifications. The scope of services require that the selected vendor will be expected to meet the following guidelines. Comply with all state, county and federal guidelines concerning building codes. Must provide appropriate state, county and federal licenses and liability insurance. Must be bonded. A potential vendor must have the capacity to provide the requested services throughout the FTAAAD District which consists of the following counties, Carter, Greene, Sullivan, Johnson, Unicoi, Hancock, Hawkins and Washington.
