Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salisbury, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

**As of January 23,2023, We have not awarded this contract to anyone at this point. No definite date for the rebid.** The Work generally consists of HVAC renovations at Granite Quarry ES, Morgan ES, Southeast MS, & East Rowan HS as described below: Granite Quarry ES - Add three packaged dedicated outside air units to provide ventilation to classrooms in the building. The units are located on grade and are equipped with DX cooling, electric heat, and energy recovery. Add three split system dedicated outside air units to serve ducted fan coil units in the classroom wings. The associated condensing units are located on grade. 118 S. Walnut GQ St, Salisbury, NC 28146. Morgan ES - Replacement of one split air handling unit equipped with DX cooling and hot water heating. The air handling unit is located on an equipment mezzanine and the condensing unit is located on grade. 3860 Liberty Road, Gold Hill, NC 28071. Southeast MS - Replacement of two split dedicated outside air units and associated condensing units. The air handling units are located on an equipment mezzanine and the condensing units are located on grade. 1570 Peeler Road, Salisbury, NC 28146. East Rowan HS - Add seven packaged dedicated outside air units to provide ventilation to the classrooms in the building. The units are equipped with DX cooling, electric heat, and energy recovery. The units are located on the roof and the ventilation air will be ducted on the roof to each space. 175 St. Luke's Church Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146. This project is federally funded through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER Fund) and is subject to the Davis Bacon General Wage requirements. Submit questions via moseleyarchitects.com. Responses will be in the form of addenda if required. All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the gross amount of the bid. Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of the contract are required. No bid may be withdrawn after receipt of Bids for a period of sixty-one (61) calendar days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to accept any bid submitted, to waive any formalities and negotiate with the low Bidder or Bidders any changes considered necessary or desirable.
