Security Camera NVRs and Installation Scope of Work This project scope of work will include the purchase and configuration of the existing security cameras into the school's Video Insight Server, including transferring the names of the cameras and removal of the existing NVR (leave in MDF at building). Video Recorder: Panasonic Video Insight (VI) server ("As Equal" does not apply to the VI server specifications): 1. This project will include the purchase of the Panasonic Video Insight (VI) servers (NVR-RL-1-24TB-V3 and NVR-RL-1-36TB-V3), support for all channels/cameras in the school, and the installation and configuration of the VI server, including transferring the names of the cameras and removal of the existing NVR (leave in MDF at building). Scope of Work Installation and Labor: 2. Delivery and installation of all materials outlined in Scope of Work. 3. Vendor will coordinate the delivery of all the equipment in scope of work and items needed for installation to be shipped directly to the installation team. Installers will in turn bring these items to the installation location at time of installation. 4. Coordinate with the District to prevent network and/or electrical outage(s). In the event such an outage is necessary, sufficient advance written notice will be given to the District, with such notice to include a plan and timetable. Remain in frequent, on-site contact with the work site to insure completion within the established timetable, in the event the District approves such an outage. 5. Coordinate installation schedule with Greg Lawrence, Director of Technology who will coordinate with the school staff. 6. Perform all work during school hours, between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm. 7. Standard Panasonic warranty (Limited Warranty for Video Surveillance Products) shall be followed, as described on Panasonic's website (link below). If the warranty is different, the vendor must list changes in Deviations
