Furnishing All Material, Equipment, Labor and Supervision Necessary for Completion of the Following: Water Well No. 8 the Major Items of Work Include: Construction of a New 900 Gpm Water Well, Chemical Disinfection System, Associated Piping, Associated Electrical Work, Fencing, Permeable Pavers Driveway, and Site Restoration. Each Bid Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond From a Reliable Surety Company Drawn to the Order of City of Magnolia in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid. No Bid Proposal May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Bid Opening Date. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, or to Accept the Bid Deemed Most Advantageous to It. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide a Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond for the Full Amount of the Contract.
