Scope of work to include demolition and new construction of charting station and integration cabinet, removal of existing medical booms, demolition of structural supports for medical booms & construction of new supports for medical booms & mechanical diffuser system, demolition of existing med gas piping, new routing and connections for med gases, electrical, plumbing & chilled water, demolition & replacement of flooring throughout OR 8, demolition of existing pheno floor connections & creation of new to match layout provided by Siemens, create connections for cold water piping to fan coil unit, finishes to be replaced and updated as shown on A201, A702 & A901, demolition and replacement of control room 5413 countertop on the OR 8 side, demolition and installation of new cove base and rubber sheet flooring around new control desk system, creating connections at equipment closet 5411-A, control room closet 5413-A and telecom room 5400-TC. The removal of existing OR 8 Siemens medical equipment is to be performed by Siemens once contractor has made the necessary disconnections. Contractor is to confirm existing slab thickness and levelness once existing flooring has been removed from OR 8 to ensure that existing slab meets the flatness and thickness requirements of new Siemen's equipment. Contractor will be responsible for transportation of (5) Stryker booms and SLD AirFrame system from loading dock to project site. Total sum of pallets to be moved by contractor is 13 weighing approximately 8,000 lbs. To be delivered in multiple shipments. HEPA filters to be delivered post SLD installation and will need to be safely stored
